MOVEMENT PRACTITIONER
BRANDING CREATIVE + OPERATIONS MASTER
I am New York born, raised, and marinated -
now living between Boise and New York.
I'm a movement educator, creative director,
and small business owner,
and I bring the same philosophy to all of it:
more of you should come through everything you make.
Teaching humans of all kinds for 20+ years.
Dance. Yoga. Integrative Movement. Conditioning. Teacher Training.
Building things since 2010.

IN THE STUDIO.
I teach vinyasa.
I teach fascia-focused movement.
I teach embodied cross-training, technical dance, and conditioning for dancers.
I teach movement practitioners how to teach better.
No matter what I'm teaching, I show up the same way. Every class has a clear progressive arc. The music is chosen on purpose, the silence is on purpose, and the cues are specific.
I'm not doing any of this just for the aesthetics - I'm using tools. And I use them to get you access to as much of yourself as possible before you leave the room.
Vinyasa
Slow flow, power flow, everything between.
Fascia-Focused Movement
Fascia Flossing, resistance-based stretch.
Embodied Cross-Training
Light weights, light aerobics, juicy flows.
Technical Dance & Cross-Training for Dancers
Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Floorbarre:
Pre-professional kids (10+) and recreational adults.
Teacher Training
Alignment, sequencing, and class experience design.
If you're looking for something layered, musical, and immersive
(or if you want to uplevel your studio's teaching style)
that's what Dreamland Movement is for.
What I can bring to your studio:
THIS IS DREAMLAND.
Dreamland Movement is a method for designing and teaching movement classes where every layer is working.
Playlists have structure and
tell a story that runs parallel to the arc of the class.
The silence is placed and finds you where you're at.
The movement builds until you've actually embodied it.
The class expands.
The energy gets bigger.
Repetition and progression are tools for embodiment, experimentation, and getting more access to more pieces of your physical, mental, and spiritual (whatever that means to you) self.
The structure is specific and on purpose. And because the structure is that solid, there's room to play inside it. To teach the room that actually showed up. To shift gears if something needs to shift.
There is no flexibility,
no thinking outside the box,
unless there is a box.
I created Dreamland Movement to be that box.
Inside it:
a growing roster of class formats,
and Enhance Your Class - a continuing education program for movement and fitness instructors who want to bring more design, more intention, and more of themselves into the room.
THE BUSINESS SIDE.
I've been a small business owner since 2010.
Not as a hobby, but as a full-time, all-consuming,
learn-everything-the-hard-fucking-way thing.
Everything I know how to do I learned by doing it first for my own businesses. And then doing it for other people.
boysdancetoo. ® - Est. 2010
Dancewear and community for male-identifying dancers.
Built from a closet in Jersey City with my life long business partner in everything, Michael Vadacchino, boysdancetoo. ® became a brand with a conference, a product line, and a community that never left.
POV.
There are pieces of you that you haven't found yet.
I'm not being philosophical. I mean it literally.
In your body, and in your taste.
Movement does that.
A good brand does that.
A really good party does that.
Build the environment right, and the right people show up.
And, they show up more fully.
The endless stream of
the business-acronym-jargon-word-vomit
is just not my vibe.
If you can't explain what you do in ways everyone in the room can understand, you're not a good communicator, and you're not a good teacher.
It's true in the studio and it's true on the 4pm Zoom call. I use imagery, plain language, and whatever it takes to make something actually hit - and I expect the same from the people I work with.
People say don't work with your friends - I think that just means they've been picking the wrong friends.
The coolest shit I've ever made, I made with people I genuinely loved being around.
If you read any of this and you're like: "UGHH,..YESSSSS!" - good.
I'm looking for more people I want to make things with.
